Tuition is provided by Anne-Marie Nelson who is an ex professional dancer trained in classical ballet, jazz and tap. She has over 20 years teaching experience in dance and the health and fitness industry.

Anne-Marie specialises in Pilates equipment and matwork instruction and is a certified Polestar Studio Practitioner.
